MORNING:
Using my experience of working on clients for over 35 years in my clinic, this one day workshop will focus on the patterns that have led you to not like yourself and learn how to use essential oils and simple psychological techniques to change these patterns to self love.
Aromatherapy breathe control using essential oils focussing on loving yourself and to bring you into the room to start the day.
Explore the oils that help you love yourself. Learn which oils reduce the anger you feel towards yourself either when you do something wrong or when things don’t go perfectly in life.
You’ll discover how to recognise where your lack of love for yourself comes from and using simple psychological tools, will help you let go of the constant criticism of the self and begin your new journey to self-love.
